Flying Dogs Welcome Back Dave Brumley

At the end of last season, the team said farewell to their shortstop of the past 2 seasons.  After moving to Perry Hall at the end of the summer Brumley announced it was his final season with the Cardinals and found a club closer to home in the Midtown Panthers of the BBL.  Less than one month into the 2006 season Brumley decided that while he lived far away in Perry Hall, his home was with the Frederick Flying Dogs.

Brumley will provide depth in the middle infield and round out a bullpen that has been stellar in the few innings it has been used this season.  The bullpen consists mainly of position players including Rob Stup, Tony Garza, and now Dave Brumley.

Brumley will be back with the team starting with tonights 7:00pm game at Freedom Park vs. newcomers the Sykesville Bulldogs.
